So dang cute and good stretch.  If you aren't tummy heavy OR just want a super locked and loaded waist and are ok with a rise feeling closer to 10 inches you can size down.  Otherwise, stay true to size.  Ash is a 16/17 in stores wearing the 15 because she is tummy heavy and likes the higher rise.
