To Find your True size, take your even pants clothes size and size down 1.  Ashley is a size 14 and wears the 13.  If you are VERY pear shaped in the hips/have belly scarring etc that you need a little more room for, you may want to do one size up.  These have GREAT stretch (watch video above) and sizing down 1 to find your odd size will give hug your curves if you like that fit!
