These black mega stretch shorts are almost identical fabric to our mega stretchy Mega Pint jeans.   These are a lighter weight cotton so if you're sensitive to fitted fabrics then size up one. The waist on these is more true to size and the legs and hips will be super soft and stretchy than the full length version. If you're tummy heavy you cannot go wrong sizing up one.  Ash is a 16/17 in jeans and wears XL in many Judy Blue shorts but prefers the 1X in these for a softer fit since the cotton content isn't super high.

 Comes with a double 1 inch cuff.  When uncuffed they are a full bottom hem.  If worn uncuffed even if you have wider thighs for your frame like Ash you may find that the legs are baggy.  They are meant to be worn cuffed.

Shorts Sizing (Please read in full)

Judy Blue Shorts are comfy and stretchy.  But shorts have so much less fabric than full length/cropped jeans that it’s important especially for size 12-22 to follow your regular department store sizing.

Body shape note: If you are mostly tummy weight with smaller legs aka an apple/upside down pear shape, then the leg openings of many shorts will be baggier.
