We always hope that you'll love every item that you receive. We do our best to give sizing and styling help for each item while live and also as we post product. We want you to LOVE everything you receive.
Please note that any request for order cancellation prior to shipment will result in a 10% restocking fee due to system commissions and service charges that we incur. Cancellations will be provided in the form of a store credit .
We are happy to issue a full refund or store credit within 7 days of an item receipt. Please ensure the item has never been worn, is free of animal hair, odors, stains and anything else crazy that would make the item unsellable ;-) If we find that an item is returned in an unsellable manner, it will be returned to you at your cost and we will no longer be able to accept returns from you.
Please email Contact@LolaMonroe.com to request a return authorization form. Please do not return before completing this form. This form will also have some best practice notes for cheaper ways to ship the products back to us.
Returns are delivered to our commercial PO Box. We do our best to process returns at minimum once per week though it can take up to 14 calendar days.
Items ending in .99, purchased using a coupon code, promo code gift, holiday and event capsule collections and any other items marked FINAL SALE are not returnable.
