Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
We hope that after reading the fit and feel description on each item, that you LOVE them! If not, please send them back for a Store Credit or Exchange within 7 days of delivery! A little past that 7 days? No worries! Our return portal for prepaid return shipping will work up to 14 days after delivery.

Returns are accepted on items with the exceptions below:
- Pre-sale or made to order styles and styles ending in 97 cents
- Final sale items ending in 99 cents
- Food, accessories and beauty items
- Undergarments (ie: leggings, bralettes, no chub rub and booty shorts)
- Mystery items and gifts with purchase
Returns are issued in the form of a store credit or same item different size exchange.
Product Standards for returns:
- All tags are attached in new/never worn original condition
- Free of animal hair, odors, stains or an unsellable condition
- If returning shoes, include original box WITHIN a polymailer bag or box. Returns with boxes taped up and shipping label attached will not be accepted.
Items returned in an unsellable manner will be invoiced for return shipping back to you.
Return processing timeline:
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days (mon-fri) of delivery to our warehouse. Return credit emails often go to SPAM. Please check your tracking on your shipping label for delivery confirmation.
- Exchange items are shipped once your return is received and processed
- Store credits are emailed once return is received and processed
If your return was confirmed delivered and has not been processed after 5 business days (m-f) please send us an email so we can check our unmarked returns bin as many come in without names/order numbers to reference.
(If you have a dot net, dot RR, dot EDU email or other non dot Com email, often times our email replies go to spam. We reply to all received return emails within 24 BUSINESS hours (M-F) usually. If you don't see a reply, please check spam, we promise we aren't ignoring you.)

Why 7 days?
The spirit of accepting returns for 7 days after delivery is that our inventory moves very quickly. Much longer than 7 days post delivery and many items tend to be sold out or largely sold out and end up in end of season mystery bags. Returns within 7 days of delivery gives our small business a chance to resell the product.
Cancellation requests: Please note that any request for order cancellation prior to shipment will result in a 10% restocking fee due to system commissions and service charges that we incur that are not refunded. Cancellations will be provided in the form of a refund to your original payment method minus 10% restocking fee. Cancellations in the form of a store credit are NOT subject to restocking fee.
Please note that order cancellation is not possible once an order is pulled and packed.
Pricing Adjustments:
In many cases, our inventory moves very quickly. When we are limited in sizes/qty for a certain style, it may end up in a limited sale of promo code we offer. We don't offer sales often and items ending in 99 cents are final sale items. We are unable to offer pricing adjustments for purchases made in the past. In the event that your order has arrived within the last 7 days you are welcome to return per our return polices above and repurchase your item as final sale order.
