Ashley: Size 16 regular department store bottoms (she was a 14 regular pre-pregnancy) with muscular legs wears size 13 roomy and 11 fitted in these since they are so roomy in the waist.  She is a 30 inch inseam inside leg crotch to ankle and 32 inches to the ground.  Make sure to measure your inseam to know where they will fall on your frame.
