Talk about perfection!  This MEGA stretch Judy Blue black mineral wash skirt is literally so fun to pair with a graphic tee and some sneakers or dress up with heels or wedges.  Ash is a 16/17 and loves the XL which her true size per our size chart.  

There is no real inseam/rise on a skirt so measure 17 or 20 inches so you know where it will hit you when worn on your waist/tummy where you want the top to fall.  You can pull it up higher or lower for length also.
