Judy Blue "Foxy" Tummy Control Black Vegan Leather Straight Leg Jeans

With a straight leg and faux leather look, these tummy control jeans from Judy Blue are perfect to dress up or down.  The tummy control panels will press across the lower tummy so if you're tummy heavy you cannot go wrong wearing your normal department store size without sizing down.  Ash is a 16/17 and normally wears the 15 and prefers the 14w for a flatter waist.

Returns are accepted on items with the exceptions below:

• Pre-sale or made to order styles and styles ending in 97 cents
• Final sale items ending in 99 cents
• Food, accessories and beauty items
• Undergarments (ie: leggings, bralettes, no chub rub and booty shorts)
• Mystery items and gifts with purchase

Returns are issued in the form of a store credit or same item different size exchange.

Product Standards for returns: 

• All tags are attached in new/never worn original condition
• Free of animal hair, odors, stains or an unsellable condition
• If returning shoes, include original box WITHIN a polymailer bag or box.  Returns with boxes taped up and shipping label attached will not be accepted.

Items returned in an unsellable manner will be invoiced for return shipping back to you.

Return processing timeline:

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days (mon-fri) of delivery to our warehouse.  Return credit emails often go to SPAM.  Please check your tracking on your shipping label for delivery confirmation.

• Exchange items are shipped once your return is received and processed
• Store credits are emailed once return is received and processed

If your return was confirmed delivered and has not been processed after 5 business days (m-f) please send us an email so we can check our unmarked returns bin as many come in without names/order numbers to reference.

Why 7 days? 

The spirit of accepting returns for 7 days after delivery is that our inventory moves very quickly.  Much longer than 7 days post delivery and many items tend to be sold out or largely sold out and end up in end of season mystery bags.  Returns within 7 days of delivery gives our small business a chance to resell the product.

Cancellation requests: Please note that any request for order cancellation prior to shipment will result in a 10% restocking fee due to system commissions and service charges that we incur that are not refunded. Cancellations will be provided in the form of a refund to your original payment method minus 10% restocking fee.  Cancellations in the form of a store credit are NOT subject to restocking fee.

Please note that order cancellation is not possible once an order is pulled and packed.

Pricing Adjustments:

In many cases, our inventory moves very quickly. When we are limited in sizes/qty for a certain style, it may end up in a limited sale of promo code we offer. We don't offer sales often and items ending in 99 cents are final sale items. We are unable to offer pricing adjustments for purchases made in the past. In the event that your order has arrived within the last 7 days you are welcome to return per our return polices above and repurchase your item as final sale order.

We ONLY carry Mid and High Rise denim styles that stretch to compliment the curves.  In general, take your EVEN department store size and size down ONE size to find your starting size for each pair that Ashley will talk about in each fit video.

• Size 2-16 Regular will always start sizing down one for their base size.  
• 14 wears a 13, 12 wears an 11.
• Size 14W-24W if you know your Torrid/Lane Bryant size will be true to size. 
• If you know your Old Navy/AE/Gap size, size down ONE for your base size.  (20 wears an 18w, 18 wears a 16w, 16 plus size wider hip wears our 14w and 16/17 narrow hips with tummy weight wears our 15 regular)

Always watch the fit video/read the description for the pair you're looking at.  Cotton Content, Rise, Color, Cut and overall wash can sometimes make a pair super stretchy and we want to make sure you get the correct size the first time. 

Please note: We do reference sizing from your EVEN size because we find that odd sizes in many stores run small and are confusing.  Ash is a 16/17 in most stores and a 15 in Judy Blue.  In traditional department stores she would move onto plus sizing assuming they run small while Judy Blue jeans tend to run bigger. Starting with your even size is the best apples to apples sizing comparison.

Rectangle & Hour Glass body shapes:

• May find that sizing down 2 odd sizes or 1 plus size is best to keep the curves hugged and have that booty pop fit when pairs have great stretch (each pair has a fit video and written listing).
• Most denim styles will be flattering on these shapes in general. 
• How you carry weight in your tummy area will likely determine your FAVORITE jean types.
• Boyfriend and relaxed fit jeans may fit baggy Or fitted depending on your leg composition.  Ashley has muscular legs so most straight/boyfriend jeans have a fitted straight leg appearance on her.

Pear and Apple shapes:

• BOTH often struggle with fit of skinny jeans. Pears find them very fitted while apple shapes find them baggy
• APPLE: Many people recommend for APPLE shapes, a straight leg.  The reason for this is that sizing to accommodate a larger tummy and smaller legs means that skinny jeans can be baggy in the legs and look awkward as they taper in at the ankle.  A straight/relaxed leg will look intentional with room. 
• If you want to show off some silhouette, relaxed and skinny fits with a double cuff at the bottom will give an intentional straight leg look.  APPLE shapes should AVOID slim fit jeans with a super wide thigh.
• PEAR: Slim fit jeans with a super wide thigh along with joggers are a great silhouette for pear shapes. The thighs often don't look as oversized and appear almost fitted on thicker thighs and are just all around great for this shape.
