Free Shipping club is a flat rate of $32 for the month.  The purchase of Free Shipping Club Membership is non-refundable and no tangible items will be sent.  

Free Shipping Club items ship in consolidated shipping as they make sense throughout the month and ship at least once per week.  Free Shipping Club must be in effect in the calendar month that any waitlist items or pre-sales are shipping to apply.
