Our newest tummy control jeans are a fitted tummy control high rise waist at true to size.  Everyone can take their even department store size minus one (Torrid or Lane Bryant ladies stay true to size.) 

For a SUPER DUPER locked and loaded tummy fit you can size down one more.  Ash is a 16/17 and likes the 15 in these and the 13 is a super tight fit as she is tummy heavy.

If you are looking for a softer fit Tummy Control, our Hug Those Curves tummy control runs roomier and can be worn true to size for a soft fit waist and sized down one more for a booty pop fit.  Ash is a 16/17 and likes the 13 in Hug Those Curves.

Measurements (taken while laying flat)

28.5 Inch Inseam (all sizes)  from crotch to bottom inside ankle.

12 Inch High Rise (all sizes)  from crotch to top front button.

Fit

Regular 0-8 Sizing: Take your smallest EVEN size pant size and size down ONE (IE size 8 wears a 7) for a soft fit waist. 

Size down TWO if you don’t carry weight in your tummy (IE Size 8 skip the 7, wear the 5) for a fitted waist

Regular 10-16 Sizing: To find your odd size take your MOST FORM FITTING even pants size minus 1 (IE: size 12 wears 11, size 14 wears a 13).  This will be a nice everyday fitted tummy control waist.  Size down ONE more for a super duper locked and loaded fit.  Ash prefers even size minus one.

16/17 aka 14/16 in stores wears a 15 for an everyday fit and 13 MEGA fitted

14/15 wears a 13 for an everyday fit and 11 locked and loaded

12/13 wears an 11 for an everyday fit and 9 locked and loaded

10/11 wears an 9 for an everyday fit and 7 locked and loaded

Returns are accepted on items with the exceptions below:

• Pre-sale or made to order styles and styles ending in 97 cents
• Final sale items ending in 99 cents
• Food, accessories and beauty items
• Undergarments (ie: leggings, bralettes, no chub rub and booty shorts)
• Mystery items and gifts with purchase

Returns are issued in the form of a store credit or same item different size exchange.

Product Standards for returns: 

• All tags are attached in new/never worn original condition
• Free of animal hair, odors, stains or an unsellable condition
• If returning shoes, include original box WITHIN a polymailer bag or box.  Returns with boxes taped up and shipping label attached will not be accepted.

Items returned in an unsellable manner will be invoiced for return shipping back to you.

Return processing timeline:

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days (mon-fri) of delivery to our warehouse.  Return credit emails often go to SPAM.  Please check your tracking on your shipping label for delivery confirmation.

• Exchange items are shipped once your return is received and processed
• Store credits are emailed once return is received and processed

If your return was confirmed delivered and has not been processed after 5 business days (m-f) please send us an email so we can check our unmarked returns bin as many come in without names/order numbers to reference.

Why 7 days? 

The spirit of accepting returns for 7 days after delivery is that our inventory moves very quickly.  Much longer than 7 days post delivery and many items tend to be sold out or largely sold out and end up in end of season mystery bags.  Returns within 7 days of delivery gives our small business a chance to resell the product.

Cancellation requests: Please note that any request for order cancellation prior to shipment will result in a 10% restocking fee due to system commissions and service charges that we incur that are not refunded. Cancellations will be provided in the form of a refund to your original payment method minus 10% restocking fee.  Cancellations in the form of a store credit are NOT subject to restocking fee.

Please note that order cancellation is not possible once an order is pulled and packed.

Pricing Adjustments:

In many cases, our inventory moves very quickly. When we are limited in sizes/qty for a certain style, it may end up in a limited sale of promo code we offer. We don't offer sales often and items ending in 99 cents are final sale items. We are unable to offer pricing adjustments for purchases made in the past.
