"Encore" By Gypsy Jazz Flip Flop (Tan Camo)
I'm not quite sure how Gypsy Jazz made an EVEN MORE cushioned and wide foot friendly flip flop than before, but they did! Seriously like a little slice of heaven for your tooties.
Ashley is a 9.5 and loved the 9 and 9.5. With flip flops we never recommend sizing down to keep toes from peeking over the edge but these definitely have more wiggle room than most shoes!

New to shopping for denim online? We reference all sizes based on your TRUE even department store size. If you haven't worn true fitted jeans/pants WITH stretch before, feel free to email us or post in our FB group for fit help. Posting with a pic is super helpful too!
We also measure while LAYING FLAT: inseam/rise on pants and length & width on our tops.
Make sure to measure at least once so you can have an idea where an item will land length wise and fit on your body shape.
Knowing and EMBRACING your body shape is so important for dressing and feeling confident! It is 1,000% ok to acknowledge that every style will NOT look great on every body shape!

We ONLY carry Mid and High Rise denim styles that stretch to compliment the curves. In general, take your EVEN department store size and size down ONE size to find your starting size for each pair that Ashley will talk about in each fit video.
Size 2-16 Regular will always start sizing down one for their base size.
14 wears a 13, 12 wears an 11.
Size 14W-24W if you know your Torrid/Lane Bryant size will be true to size.
If you know your Old Navy/AE/Gap size, size down ONE for your base size. (20 wears an 18w, 18 wears a 16w, 16 plus size wider hip wears our 14w and 16/17 narrow hips with tummy weight wears our 15 regular)
Always watch the fit video for the pair you're looking at. Cotton Content, Rise, Color, Cut and overall wash can sometimes make a pair super stretchy and we want to make sure you get the correct size the first time.
Please note: We do reference sizing from your EVEN size because we find that odd sizes in many stores run small and are confusing. Ash is a 14 in most stores and a 13 in Judy Blue but if she went off her ODD size at Target/AE she would be in the 15 while many of our 2-6 ladies like their smaller odd size in many stores. Starting with your even size is the best apples to apples sizing comparison.
May find that sizing down 2 odd sizes or 1 plus size is best to keep the curves hugged and have that booty pop fit when pairs have great stretch (each pair has a fit video and written listing).
Most denim styles will be flattering on these shapes in general.
How you carry weight in your tummy area will likely determine your FAVORITE jean types.
Boyfriend and relaxed fit jeans may fit baggy Or fitted depending on your leg composition. Ashley has muscular legs so most straight/boyfriend jeans have a fitted straight leg appearance on her.
Pear and Apple shapes:
Often struggle with fit of skinny jeans.
Many prefer a straight leg. The reason for this is that sizing to accomodate a larger tummy and smaller legs means that skinny jeans can be baggy in the legs and look awkward as they taper in at the ankle. A straight/relaxed leg will look intentional with room.
If you want to show off some silhouette, slim/relaxed and straight leg will be your bestie!
Boyfriend jeans will have a straight leg also. If you want to hide a bit of your shape, boyfriend jeans worn with a top long enough to cover your hips will be a great option also.

For a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for the instructions to return your item and where to ship to.
Returns are issued in an exchange for same item or store credit for the product amount + sale tax on the product itself. Shipping and tax on shipping is not refunded.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless shipping protection was purchased at checkout.
NEW Website Store Credit/Exchange Option automated option:
For full priced items (not ending in 97 cents/99 cents or using a coupon code over 15% off) you may purchase $1 Return insurance at checkout.
Return insurance pays for your return shipping on items returned within 7 days of receipt of the item and allows for a store credit or exchange for the full product value.
Exchanges with RE:DO shipping insurance: Will allow you to exchange for same style in another size. Your size will be held for you once your package is in transit with USPS. If your size is out of stock at the time of your package going into transit you will be issued a store credit.
Cancellation requests: Please note that any request for order cancellation prior to shipment will result in a 10% restocking fee due to system commissions and service charges that we incur. Cancellations will be provided in the form of a store credit.
Please note that we do our best to ship website orders same day and APP orders pulled the business day after your Free Shipping window ends for shipment the following day. Order cancellation is not possible once an order is pulled and packed.
Product Standards for returns: Please ensure the item has all tags attached, has never been worn, is free of animal hair, odors, stains and anything else crazy that would make the item unsellable ;-) If we find that an item is returned in an unsellable manner, it will be returned to you at your cost and we will no longer be able to accept returns from you.
Please email Contact@LolaMonroe.com to request a return authorization form. Please do not return before completing this form.
This form will also have some best practice notes for cheaper ways to ship the products back to us in the event that you did not purchase return insurance.

Returns are delivered to our warehouse daily in large quantities. We aim to process them within 48 business hours of receipt but please allow up to 5 business days from receipt for processing. If your return was confirmed delivered and has not been processed after 5 business days (m-f) please send us an email so we can check our unmarked returns bin as many come in without names/order numbers to reference.
Items ending in .99 or .97, custom made to order items, leggings, bralettes and undergarments, pre-sales, accessories, food, mystery items, purchases using a coupon code, received as a promo code gift, holiday and event capsule collections and specials and any other items marked FINAL SALE are not returnable.
Please note that any order that received FREE SHIPPING in any capacity will see the shipping amount Lola Monroe Boutique has paid reduced from their return amount via a prorated dollar volume of their order upon return.
In many cases, our inventory moves very quickly. When we are limited in sizes/qty for a certain style, it may end up in a limited sale of promo code we offer. We don't offer sales often and they are final sale items. We are unable to offer pricing adjustments for purchases made in the past. In the event that your order has arrived within the last 7 days you are welcome to return per our return polices above and repurchase your item as final sale order.
Shipping & Local Pickup
We are located in Cameron Park, CA. Local pickups are 10-4 M-F @ 2570 Greenwood Lane. You can pickup anytime after you receive your fulfillment email/notification. Return window is 7 days from your Fulfilment notification. All orders must be verified prior to leaving our parking lot. Missing item claims after this time cannot be addressed.

Online WEBSITE orders ship Same or Next Day Mon-Fri for all IN STOCK items (excluding pre-sale, made to order etc...)

Our FREE APP has you pay shipping ONCE and then you get free shipping for 24 hours after EVERY order you place.
Your free shipping window extends again after each order. Once your Free shipping window has ended, your order is GENERALLY pulled the next business day and shipped the business day after that. (Example: Thursday orders are pulled Monday to ship Mon/Tue, Friday orders pulled Monday to ship Mon/Tue, Sat/Sun orders START getting pulled Tues to ship Tues/Wed in most cases).
All in stock orders will ship within 72 business hours of free shipping window ending.

Shipping on our website is based on item weight with a max shipping amount of $8.75 for orders over 1 pound on regular priced orders.
Shipments Internationally will be calculated at checkout. In the event of a miscalculation we will send an invoice for shipping.
Please note that for larger orders we often use Fedex shipping. In the event that you have checked out with a PO box, we will contact you via email from email@example.com for a physical shipping address.
TRACKING FOR YOUR ORDER:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your item is printed. Please make sure to check spam and mark as NOT spam if you find it there. You may also see all tracking numbers by creating an account using the same email address you check out with/your app checks out with from Facebook on THIS WEBSITE - YOU MUST CLICK CREATE ACCOUNT to login for the first time.
USPS ARRIVING LATE STATUS:
Please note that we PRIDE ourselves on fast shipping. And in 99.9% of cases, the post office and fedex deliver quickly. But we do have several dozen packages each month that get stuck in the USPS ARRIVING LATE window and stop getting scanned.
While this is 100% out of our control, you can set up TEXT ALERTS on the usps tracking website and EMAIL ALERTS on fedex tracking to get orders moving. This works in over 99% of cases.
For arriving late orders where text/email alerts don't get the package moving, 15 days after the item was first scanned in, you can email us so that we can put in an initial research request with USPS. They have 60 days from first scan to work on this for us.
We take delayed packages very seriously and have a clear system to track them internally. See our Delayed Package process HERE.
If post office delays will turn you into a crazy meany head, we may not be the right boutique for you ;-)
