If you love a shorty short, you'll love these! These are a less distressed version of Shorty Was Here, our best selling short shorts! If you're in between sizes and tummy heavy you can size up for the shorts to lay flatter.

Ash is a 16/17 and can wear the XL with a baby doll shirt or flowy top. The 1X lays flatter being tummy heavy and gives more rise and inseam length.

Measurements (taken while laying flat)

Inseam: 3 inch (reg) 4 Inch (plus) from crotch to inside bottom seam

Rise: 10.5 Inch Mid Rise(reg) 12 Inch High Rise(plus) from crotch to top front button.

Shorts Sizing (Please read in full)

Judy Blue Shorts are comfy and stretchy. But shorts have so much less fabric than full length/cropped jeans that it’s important especially for size 12-22 to follow your regular department store sizing.

Body shape note: If you are mostly tummy weight with smaller legs aka an apple/upside down pear shape, then the leg openings of many shorts will be baggier.

Small (1-3 Judy Blue Sizing) 2/3-4/5 Department store sizing

Medium (5-7 Judy Blue sizing) 6/7-8/9 Department store sizing

Large (9-11 Judy Blue Sizing) 10/12 Department store sizing

XL 12/13 (tummy heavy) and 14/15 Regular Department Store Sizing

For 16/17 sizes who want a very fitted tummy, smaller leg opening and shorter rise and inseam than is offered on the 1x, you can wear the XL. If you’d prefer a softer fit waist that isn’t as tight, has a higher rise, longer inseam and more room in the legs then wear the 1X.

Returns are issued in the form of a store credit or same item different size exchange.

Product Standards for returns:

All tags are attached in new/never worn original condition
Free of animal hair, odors, stains or an unsellable condition
If returning shoes, include original box WITHIN a polymailer bag or box. Returns with boxes taped up and shipping label attached will not be accepted.
Items returned in an unsellable manner will be invoiced for return shipping back to you.

Return processing timeline:

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days (mon-fri) of delivery to our warehouse. Return credit emails often go to SPAM. Please check your tracking on your shipping label for delivery confirmation.

Exchange items are shipped once your return is received and processed Store credits are emailed once return is received and processed

If your return was confirmed delivered and has not been processed after 5 business days (m-f) please send us an email so we can check our unmarked returns bin as many come in without names/order numbers to reference.
