Instructions: Drop single drops of Squeeze Wax into Electric Wax Warmer for fragrance. Squeeze Wax scents may be combined to create unique scents in your Electric Wax Warmer. Do not use Squeeze Wax in Tealight Warmers. Do not use Squeeze Wax in Candles. Keep Squeeze Wax out of reach of children and pets. Do not dispose of Squeeze Wax down a sink or drain of any kind. Store Squeeze Wax at Room Temp - between 65-85 F.
What is squeeze wax?
Dixie Grace Squeeze Wax is a custom blend of pure soy oil, pure soy wax, phthalate free fragrance oil, and dye. Squeeze Wax can be blended together to create different scents in your warmers. We have included a quick Squeeze Wax Mixing Guide on the back of this card to help you get started. You can create hundreds of blends to fit your mood, your home, your office - the list goes on!
Why squeeze wax?
The #1 Question we get asked at Dixie Grace Candle Co. is “how do you come up with your scents?” The simple version of that answer is a lot of mixing with a lot of trial and error. What better way to show you how we come up with our scents than to give you the tools to create your own! Now all you need is an Electric Wax Warmer and Squeeze Wax. It’s that simple. Use drops of Squeeze Wax in your favorite basic scents to begin creating your own unique blends.
How much should I use?
That really depends on the size of the room and how powerful you want your scent. Think of squeeze wax like makeup - its completely buildable. The more drops you add, the stronger that scent will be. For a normal size room, we would say 20 drops total of product, for a larger or home - 30 to 40 drops.
How long does squeeze wax last?
Squeeze Wax contains a higher oil content than Wax Melts and Candles providing for a stronger scent throw. When used in an Electric Wax Warmer, you will smell Squeeze Wax much faster than you would a normal Wax Melt. Wax Melts, on the other hand, have a melting and hardening process that preserves their scent longer than Squeeze Wax. It is about your personal preference. Example - we used 10 drops of Squeeze Wax in an Electric Wax Warmer for a combined twenty hours of “melting” time. The Squeeze Wax was just as strong after twenty hours of “melting” time. It’s all going to depend on how long you leave your Electric Wax Melter on and how much Squeeze Wax that you use. How do I get squeeze wax out of the melter?
You can wipe Squeeze Wax out of your Electric Wax Melter with a clean paper towel and throw it in the trash. We know some of our customers prefer to use cotton balls versus paper towels. The freezing method used with Wax Melts does not work for Squeeze Wax.

Cancellation requests: Please note that any request for order cancellation prior to shipment will result in a 10% restocking fee due to system commissions and service charges that we incur. Cancellations will be provided in the form of a store credit. Please note that we do our best to ship website orders same day and APP orders pulled the business day after your Free Shipping window ends for shipment the following day. Order cancellation is not possible once an order is pulled and packed.
We are happy to issue a refund (minus restocking fee for fees incurred and not refunded) or store credit within 7 days from when your package was delivered. Please ensure that the package is mailed back to us within 7 days of the delivery receipt date.
Please ensure the item has all tags attached, has never been worn, is free of animal hair, odors, stains and anything else crazy that would make the item unsellable ;-) If we find that an item is returned in an unsellable manner, it will be returned to you at your cost and we will no longer be able to accept returns from you.

This form will also have some best practice notes for cheaper ways to ship the products back to us. (If you have a dot net, dot RR, dot EDU email or other non dot Com email, often times our email replies go to spam. We reply to all received return emails within 24 hours usually. If you don't see a reply, please check spam, we promise we aren't ignoring you.)
Returns are delivered to our commercial PO Box. We do our best to process returns quickly. Please allow a minimum of one week though it can take up to 14 calendar days FROM RECEIPT as they are picked up in batches. Because of our very generous return policy for a refund across 6 different payment channels it is VERY time consuming to process each return.
Items ending in .99, pre-sales, accessories, food, mystery items, purchased using a coupon code, received as a promo code gift, holiday and event capsule collections and specials and any other items marked FINAL SALE are not returnable.
Please note that any order that received FREE SHIPPING in any capacity will see the shipping amount Lola Monroe Boutique has paid reduced from their return amount via a prorated dollar volume of their order upon return.
One final note, we are INCREDIBLY proud of the fact that we are able to offer returns for a full refund to your original payment method as a small business. This is done despite not receiving a refund on processing fees and commissions for that order originally. It is rare that this occurs, but in the case of customers with very excessive returns despite our fit videos/listings, we may have to cease returns for a refund on a case by case basis from an individual. In that case, returns would be issued a store credit minus our 10% restocking fee.

We are located in Cameron Park, CA. Local pickups are 10-4 M-F @ 2570 Greenwood Lane. You can pickup anytime after you receive your fulfillment email/notification.

Our FREE APP has you pay shipping ONCE and then you get free shipping for 24 hours after EVERY order you place.
Your free shipping window extends again after each order. Once your Free shipping window has ended, your order is GENERALLY pulled the next business day and shipped the business day after that. (Example: Thursday orders are pulled Monday to ship Mon/Tue, Friday orders pulled Monday to ship Mon/Tue, Sat/Sun orders START getting pulled Tues to ship Tues/Wed in most cases).
All in stock orders will ship within 72 business hours of free shipping window ending.
Shipping on our website is based on item weight with a max shipping amount of $8.00. Shipping is free on single orders over $150.
Shipments Internationally will be calculated at checkout. In the event of a miscalculation we will send an invoice for shipping.
TRACKING FOR YOUR ORDER:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your item is printed. Please make sure to check spam and mark as NOT spam if you find it there. You may also see all tracking numbers by creating an account using the same email address you check out with/your app checks out with from Facebook on THIS WEBSITE - YOU MUST CLICK CREATE ACCOUNT to login for the first time.
USPS ARRIVING LATE STATUS:
Please note that we PRIDE ourselves on fast shipping. And in 99.9% of cases, the post office and fedex deliver quickly. But we do have several dozen packages each month that get stuck in the USPS ARRIVING LATE window and stop getting scanned.
While this is 100% out of our control, you can set up TEXT ALERTS on the usps tracking website to get orders moving. This works in over 99% of cases.
For arriving late orders where text alerts don't get the package moving, 15 days after the item was first scanned in, you can email us so that we can put in an initial research request with USPS. They have 60 days from first scan to work on this for us.
If post office delays will turn you into a crazy meany head, we may not be the right boutique for you ;-)
